This could not have been any better. Our driver picked us up promptly when he said he would. Our personal tour guide Christina was excellent. We were a group of 6 and I do think this made for a superior tour of the Alhambra.

Great trip. Paola was a fabulous guide & really knew her stuff. Only thing our group had an issue with was that the driver dropped us, told us Paola would meet us “there” without telling us exactly “where”. After a few calls to tour operator(who were very responsive)we found her and started our tour.

Paula was a very knowledgeable guide. Really enjoyed her tour - it is hot in Granada. Bring a water bottle as many places to refill water at Alhambra

We had such an amazing time. We went to the wrong hotel and our driver was so gracious and patient while we made our way to the proper meeting point (please note there are two Vincci Hotels, I knew this and still picked the wrong one). The drive was pleasant we had plenty of time before our tour for a coffee and sandwich. Words cannot describe the Alhambra and the Palaces. The gardens were simply magnificent. Prepare for a hot day and a fair amount of walking. Bring water. But mostly prepare yourself it was breathtaking.

Excellent and awesome trip
Starting at 9 am the driver pick up us at time to malaga
The bus was awesome and the diver was handsome and very helpful
Walking tour at malga and having lunch
And the the great tour at Alhambra with the great tour guide ( PAULA ) she is experienced tour guide and very knowledgeable and also helpful
Then back to malaga at the time
Really great great experience and if i come back I will repeat it in sha allah

Fantastic day in Granada! Alhambra is such a wonderful site. Our taxi driver Juan drove us from Malaga to Granada and has been super friendly on top of being an amazing host before we joined a bigger group to visit Alhambra. Our guide there was super friendly and knowledgeable and made this day unforgettable! Highly recommend!

The tour of Alhambra with our guide, Sherif, was amazing!! Sherif is one of the best guides we have ever had on a tour. He speaks several languages fluently and he translated many of the inscriptions on the Palace walls which added so much. His knowledge of the history of Alhambra, The Nasrid Palaces, and the gardens made the tour fascinating! The one hour in Granda was not useful as our driver dropped us and met us an hour later. We were not given any direction or information. The extra hour would have been better spent at Alhambra.
An enjoyable trip from Malaga.

An enjoyable trip. Approximately 90 minutes to Granada. Our trip included an hour of free time in Granada before Alhambra which we appreciated as the old town is worth visiting. Enough time at Alhambra approximately three hours, with thirty minutes for a snack outside if you wish at the end of the tour.
Some things worth considering. Pick up and drop off is at the edge of central / west Malaga which may affect plans for a return to a final destination point by bus. There are stops back into the centre and beyond 5 / 10 minutes walk away.
Do take your original passport or driving licence. ID will be scanned and if the technology can not scan copies or images entry will be refused. There is no consideration if your copy or scanned image is obviously your ID. Many entrants discovered this problem at the gate.

we were picked up from Malaga by Taxi driver, he didn't talk much, may be language problem and he is not a tour guide. The local tour guide is very good, nice trip but I think this tour is over price when you compare with other tours from Malaga.
Don’t forget your ID, for yourselves but also for the rest of your group

My friend and I booked this trip from Malaga. The transportation from Malaga to Granada was quick and pleasant enough but it was by taxi with 2 other people that we didn’t know. This was fine but we had expected the tour to start from Malaga and instead we travelled in relative quiet. We had an hour free time in Granada but didn’t venture far from our pick up point. Our taxi driver was exactly where he said he would be and on time and took us to Alhambra with the instructions to meet him 3.45 hours later. What followed for the next 30 minutes was utter chaos but this could not be blamed on the tour operator. There were several guides all trying to arrange their particular groups from a crowd of dozens of people of all nationalities. Our group of 4 were to join a larger English speaking tour. Security guards kept moving the crowd and people kept interrupting the guides so they could not clearly identify their own groups. A designated system for the different languages would have helped. Once we were in our group our guide Sherif asked if everyone had their ID as this was imperative for the tour. We knew this having had it in the original booking confirmation, in a follow up email and again in a WhatsApp message the day before. One family said they did not bring their ID and the tour for about 16 of us was delayed for 20 minutes while they insisted that our guide helped them get copies from their hotel.
One the tour started it was fabulous. Sherif was our guide and he was knowledgeable and engaging. He could read beautifully and explain the relevance of all of the Islamic verse decorating the walls. The next 3.30 hours flew by as we enjoyed being Sherif’s “family”on a very interesting and enlightening visit to various parts of the city of Alhambra. Unfortunately our group of four did not manage to finish the tour because we had to return for our pick up and we missed seeing the Alcazar. Several others also had to leave at that point for transfer times. Again, not Sherif’s fault or that of the guide company. Our taxi was waiting as promised for the 80 minute drive to Malaga. The family in question did not apologise once to the rest of us in our 3.30 hours together for their actions which cut short our experience.
